Why I don’t offer mini sessions

festive holiday baking with cookie cutters

My reason is simple. I find mini sessions to be boring and uninspiring cookie cutter sessions. They are also a rushed experience, like picture day at school. I don’t offer a rushed experience. I offer a more complete journey.

On a personal note, I don’t like to feel hurried. Then I feel like I forgot or missed something.

A lot of mini sessions fall into the traditional category. There is nothing wrong with traditional, however I like to offer my clients creative opportunities. When the creativity starts you get something that is tailored to you and who doesn’t like that?

Lastly, for every rule there is an exception. My only exception is for Christmas Holiday season. That’s if I have an amazing idea.
