Having teen trouble? Here a few tips that might help

#1 Compromise. Have both school and non-school activities represented. Same with fashion choices. Maybe one parent pick, one teen pick and then something in the middle. 

Make it known that you want their personalities and interests to be shown and their input is important. These are their pictures too. You can also remind the senior that these pictures can be treated as keepsakes to look back on for both you and them.

For the non-photogenic senior: What would make them more comfortable being in front of the camera? a pet, their favorite music, something else? Let’s discuss it and make it part of your photoshoot plan.
